220 Superwash® Aran Wave is a color shift yarn with colorways ranging from bright, contrasting hues to more uniform gradations. Each skein has a unique look due to varying color alignment in its multi-ply construction. This yarn is well-suited for a cozy sweater (especially for colorwork in the yoke), scarf, or any project that needs a durable 100% wool.

We knit a scarf with this yarn, using the Farrow Rib pattern: K2, P1 across the row and every row. We used a #8 needle and cast on 45 stitches. (You can alter the cast on stitches but it must be a multiple of 3.) The scarf measures 8" x 60" and it is reversible!
